Welcome to South Pacific Bible College
Our Story
During the early 1970’s, plans were being formulated for the establishment of a Bible college in New Zealand. The concept was of an institution that would offer a two-year study programme for Christians to explore and develop their faith, as well as a one-year extension programme for those who desired to go into full-time church work.

Students learn from regular faculty members, as well as visiting faculty and practitioners (not shown), who offer a great depth of experience and wisdom, drawing variously from their post-graduate level Christian education, and/or backgrounds in mission-related work, chaplaincy or church ministry.

Campus & Location
SPBC is located at 201 Otumoetai Road, Tauranga, New Zealand. Tauranga (which means “safe anchorage” in Te reo Māori) is on the north-east coast of the North Island. It is known for its fabulous beaches, surf, and picturesque settings, including its landmark feature Mt Maunganui.
